“Our play takes place in 2035, three years post-World War III. 80% of the global population has died as a result and all previously existing forms of government have collapsed. Of those that remain, they grapple with how to continue without reimplementing the systems of before that so gravely failed them. They happen upon a book - a miraculous find given most were destroyed. That book is The Winter's Tale & then they do what we as human beings do best; they pass down the story.”
